Health and Safety System Audit

This is a minimum 6-7 hour visit. In addition to the activities and reports of the Basic Visit, the following additional services are provided:

• Review of your Early and Safe Return to Work process
• Identification of prevention activities based on a review of injury statistics
• Hazard identification, assessment (high medium or low rating) and suggestions for potential controls
• Review of your preventative maintenance program
• Contractor safety program review
• Recommendations for employee training
• Recommendations for a Continuous Improvement Plan
• A report of recommendations and findings will be provided within 7 business days of the site visit.

 

MoL Work Well Gap Analysis Visit

During this visit, W.R.M Safety Solutions Consulting reviews all documented programs within your OHS System. The goal of the review is to determine your firm’s level of compliance with the Ontario MoL WorkWell Health and Safety Core Audit, and requires preparation by the workplace in advance, including gathering and organizing your policies, procedures, forms and evidence of work in health and safety.

 

You will be sent a copy of the Core Work Well Audit in advance to allow for adequate preparation. There are 12 sections of WorkWell and all are reviewed.

 

During the visit we look for standards (policies, procedures, SOPs), training programs and records, as well as a systematic approach to hazard recognition, assessment, control and evidence of an emergency response program.

 

Within 14 business days of the visit a report of our findings will be provided, as well as a list of recommendations and suggested areas for improvement.
