How do I know if I have a confined space in my workplace?
To determine whether you a "space" meets the definition of a confined space, consider the following 3 questions:

Is the space fully or partially enclosed?

Is the space NOT both designed and constructed for continuous human occupancy?

Might an atmospheric hazard occur?
